Utada Hikaru is a famous Japanese/English singer that has produced 8 outstanding albums to date. She was also the hit artist that created singles for popular game(s) Kingdom Hearts & Kingdom Hearts II. Hikaru has also not failed to debut in the states, being a fluent speaker of conversation and further english she has had many concerts there and an album made in pure english (exodus). However I am not here to speak about the life and background of our lovely Hikki. Though I could go on forever. However I’m sure you die hard fans know tons more than me

~I wonder what everyone thinks about her new song.
So has anyone heard her first 2009 released song? “Come Back To Me“
It’s Utada Hikaru’s very first song this year & I believe it was produced in America [Correct me if I'm wrong].
I’d say it’s very R&B, Pop. Her usual lovely vocals are still very much dominate the song and complete it, however I do very strongly dislike the way the song is very Americanized and cliche, it sounds like just another jumpy song off some half done artist. Keeping in mind I love all music by Hikki. Just that her latest song isn’t like her previous work. I appreciate that she is trying out new styles but hope that she doesn’t continue running in this field. There are too many songs in this category and her voice is made for much bigger better things. It’s a godsend and I hope she continues to produce work in a different manner.
Disregarding her latest song. I am still very much a large Hikki supporter/fan. Anyone that doesn’t know of her I strongly recommend her music for anyone that appreciates good music & knows what music is. Sung with soul and passion and emotion.

I look forward to her progress in the chances of creating a brand new album. (:

Vampire Knight – Guilty? Objection! Sustained~

For a while I was engrossed with Vampire Knight/Guilty. Quick introduction – There’s a school where Vampires & normal students co-exist together because the president of the school believes that it is possible for there to be peace among the two kinds.
{Spoiler alert}
Inside the school there is a story developing between a guardian/student/secret vampire princess Yuuki Cross. A Vampire hunter who was made into a vampire from a deadly bite, Zero. A Vampire pureblood ( Who turns out to be Yuuki’s brother and is madly in love with her ) Kaname. So a love triangle develops, It’s Zero who loves Yuuki, who loves Zero and Kaname.
Then the story whirlwinds on a little, you get to know the side characters and the underlying story between the main characters.
To begin with, I really liked the story, the characters, the subtle love between Zero & Yuuki was really sweet. Zero who was quiet and most of the time kept to himself but was always protective over and sweetly loved Yuuki. I wasn’t really a fan of Kaname who had far too many secrets yet also complicatedly loved Yuuki.
The overall anime was short and sweet, but what really got on my nerves was at the end where Yuuki ended up with Kaname. Admittedly Kaname put out a lot for Yuuki, to make her life comfortable for her and loved her wholesomely but he’s just such a shady mushy, girly character. I just find Zero much better for Yuuki since Yuuki was the only person Zero had in his life and cared about, whereas Kaname had his followers and was extremely praised by society, he’s extremely powerful, all high and mighty and able to achieve everything he wanted. Not only did Zero lose himself to the curse of becoming a vampire when he didn’t want to be, he lost his family members and lastly his twin, now Yuuki too. I just feel so sorry for him, and normally I’d find these situations pathetic but something about his character melts me, it’s just terribly sweet and cute.
I hope there’ll be a season three, because I just hated how Yuuki left with Kaname & his followers. Then that was that, ofcourse after having Zero say, I’ll come after you one day. & Kill you. Which was also really sweet.
But yeah~ *Sigh* Despite that all, it was a good anime with a good story line (Loved the art). Yet just ended slightly sadly.

My Journey to the South, for his Journey to the West!
The Monkey King.

Hiii!
So I went to London to watch Monkey : Journey To The West.
(Click the link for more information about the show.)
An ancient chinese legend about a Monkeys’ quest to become a god! Along with Tripitaka (The Monk Whom Was Expelled), Pigsy (Who Had Fallen From His Status) & Sandy (Who Was Originally A Monster).
The version I went to see was the Musical/Opera version Live. Including animation from what people had saw in the adverts for the 2008 olympic. (The Animation is by the same people who are drawing for the popular band Gorillaz). I love the Art.
Verdict : The show was AMAZING! But I sat behind these 2 really tall women in a seat to the far left so my view wasn’t as clear as I would’ve liked it to be.
I loved the songs they used & the acrobat, gymnastics & choreography was excellent.

Since photography was not allowed inside the theatre I couldn’t really show you what it was like ;<
(They are available on the website.)
I sneaked a few before the show began though!
&& Here are some snaps from my day

I love London ♥

Here it is, the long awaited 2009.
Happy New Year everyone.
For beginnings and for Endings.
It’s all a little frightening yet, a little uplifting. I love new years. It just turns a completely new page. A year is so long at the same time so short.
2009, has not been the best of years for me, but I won’t complain because it’s all a character building experience. Right?
All the time I strive to be a better person. I don’t know how well that’s going haha.
Backwards if anything x]
Nah, enough of the negativity.
It’s good to make the most of what you have.
All the time, moving forward, I have such vivid ideals that I aspire to ;_;
But, New Years; Many endings and Many new beginnings.
I look forward to it, Change is always welcome, (good ones especially!) .
It’s all very daunting, and very exciting.
Well, alright.
I’m rambling now.
Still, everyone, enjoy everything with all you have [:
Because things can be fragile.
Happy New Year Everyoneeeee~
